Choose Your Username

Username Rules

1. Can be changed every two weeks.
2. Must be 4–23 characters long.
3. Must start with a letter or number.
4. Allowed characters: letters (A–Z), numbers (0–9), single spaces, periods (cannot be at the end), and underscores (can be at the end).
5. No consecutive spaces, periods, or underscores. Special characters must connect to at least one letter or number.
6. Username must be unique after removing spaces and periods. Underscores remain significant.

Examples of valid usernames:

• BobVance
• Dr. Mike
• Cool_Guy_123
• User_

Examples of invalid usernames:

• _Bob (starts with a special character)
• Bob. (ends with a period)
• Bo (too short)
• Bob__Vance (consecutive underscores)
• Bob Vance (consecutive spaces)
• Bob Vance (already taken if 'Bob.Vance' exists)

• • Use underscores to get a unique username while keeping your preferred name.
• • Spaces and periods are mainly for visual appearance and don’t affect uniqueness.
